Gut support: One (1) level teaspoon. Can be taken morning or night in half glass of water or milk. Drink plenty of water and increase fibre in diet. Consult your Pharmacist or Doctor with prolonged use (more than 2-4 days) For children: Half (0.5) to one (1) teaspoon once or twice daily for short term use. Storage Keep out of reach of children.
