( How it works )

Five stages. One order. No guesswork.

Five stages, run by registered Australian clinicians. From your first assessment to ongoing, evolving care, every stage has a reason, so you always know where you are and what comes next.

( The five stages )

Five
clear stages.

A clear path, guided from the first minute. Each step is led by a registered clinician, and what follows is always decided with you, based on your individual circumstances.

Starting an online health assessment
Step 01

Start your assessment

A short, structured health assessment online. It takes a few quiet minutes, wherever you are, and there is no waiting room.

  • Complete it in your own time, on any device
  • Share the context that matters, in your own words
  • Your answers are handled under our privacy policy

Step 02

Meet your clinician

A live video consultation with a registered Australian clinician who takes in the full picture: your history, your routine, your goals and how you want to feel.

  • Held by secure video, Australia wide
  • Led by a registered Australian clinician
  • The whole picture, read together

Step 03

Receive your program

Where it is clinically appropriate, your clinician brings clinical care, nutrition and ongoing support into one plan, shaped around your body and your week.

  • Shaped around your history and your routine
  • Clinical care, nutrition and support in one plan
  • Only recommended where clinically suitable

Step 04

Reviewed as you change

Care that continues. Your clinician reviews how your body is responding and adjusts your program over time.

  • Regular clinician reviews
  • Adjusted as your body responds
  • Support continues between consultations
Long-term care planning
Step 05

Managed for the long term

Care does not stop at the first program. Your clinician moves you between stages as your circumstances change.

  • You know which stage you are in
  • Stages change only on clinical advice
  • Every change is recorded

Whether a program is suitable, and what it includes, is always determined by a registered clinician after a consultation, based on your individual circumstances. An assessment does not guarantee a particular outcome.

( The approach )

Why the order matters.

Every Primaera plan starts with a consultation. Clinical care, nutrition and support sit in one plan. Your clinician reviews it and adjusts it over time.

01

A consultation comes first

We start by understanding your situation. Whether any treatment is appropriate is always determined by a registered clinician after a consultation.

02

Everything works as one

Clinical care, nutrition and ongoing support work together in a single plan, so the whole picture keeps moving in one direction.

03

Shaped around your life

Your plan is built around your body, your history and your routine. Your clinician reviews and adjusts it as you change.

( What to expect )

Guided at every stage.

From the first assessment to ongoing care, the experience is designed to feel clear and unhurried. Your clinician sets the order and tells you what comes next.

Clarity at every stage

You always know what happens next and why. Every stage is explained plainly, with the reason for it.

Two clinicians, clear roles

A registered Australian clinician owns your program. They decide what is appropriate and they sign off every change.

Written down, not remembered

Your plan, your review dates and every single adjustment are recorded, so nothing depends on what anyone recalls.

( FAQ )

The process, explained.

  • No referral is required to begin. You start with a short online assessment, then meet a registered Australian clinician by video. If your clinician feels a GP review, referral or further investigation would help, they will guide you through it.

  • You meet a registered Australian clinician by secure video. Any program, where it is clinically appropriate, is discussed during that consultation and confirmed by your clinician based on your individual circumstances.

  • Consultations are held by secure video, Australia wide. Telehealth is not suitable for all health concerns. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, a referral to another practitioner, further investigation or no treatment depending on your circumstances.

  • No. A program is only recommended where your clinician considers it clinically appropriate. Individual circumstances vary, an assessment does not guarantee a particular outcome, and nothing is decided until you have spoken with a registered clinician.

( Ready when you are )

In your prime. On your terms.

Begin with a short online assessment, then meet your clinician. Five stages, and you know the order from the first one.
